Real-time B0 field drift compensation in balanced SSFP: Stabilization of the activation band in transition-band SSFP fMRI

B0 field drift shifts the activation band in transition-band SSFP fMRI. This results in the degradation of functional contrast and the reduction of spatial coverage. We utilized a real-time feed-back system to measure and compensate for this drift. About 0.23 ~ 0.26 ppm/hr of drift was measured and successfully compensated for.
