We studied six different perfusion quantification methods that are commonly used in stress perfusion imaging to evaluate their coefficient of variation in seven normal subjects. Three slope-based, semi-quantitative algorithms and three model-based quantitative algorithms were used in each subject. The results showed a smaller variation using a constrained algorithm compared to any other method. Furthermore, the flow reserves from the model-based methods were more consistent with each other and had higher values than the slope-based methods.
