RF-heating effects on coated wires and pacemaker leads at 1.5T and 3.0T

Heating effect of the RF-field are in general expected to be higher in higher field strength. By evaluating heating effects at the tip of wires and pacemaker leads it could be found, that due to resonance effects higher heating effect could be seen at 1.5T compared with 3.0T.
