We examined the relationship of diffusion tensor imaging in the left and right temporal lobes in an autistic population compared with matched normal controls and correlated this with neuropsychological measures of language and communication skills in addition to performing volumetric analysis of the temporal lobes in these same subjects. Group differeces were found and will be reported.
