In
this study quantitative measurements of the hepatic uptake of the
liver-specific contrast agents Gd-EOB-DTPA and Gd-BOPTA were analyzed using a
simple pharmacokinetic model in a group of 10 healthy subjects. A significant
correlation was found in a pairwise comparison of the uptake of the two
contrast agents.
