Gd-liposomes
had been synthesized with a novel dual asymmetric centrifugation technique.
Using MRI we examined the in vitro T1-Relaxivity at 9.4 T and
could show the influence of the internal Gd-concentration on the in vitro
relaxivity of liposome encapsulated Gd-DTPA.
