Multiple sclerosis (MS) severity scale (MSSS) and expanded disability status (EDSS) were correlated to absolute concentrations of cerebral metabolites N-acetylaspartat (NAA), Creatine (Cr), and glutamate Glu. 108 examinations of 48 patients were included in the study.
