Purpose : To evaluate the efficacy of ADC and SUV for prediction of treatment response to chemoradiotherapy in squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck. Methods: DWI was performed before treatment, and 3 weeks after the start of treatment (3w-Tx). PET/CT was performed before treatment. The relationship between the RECIST and imaging parameters was examined. Results: The change in ADC within 3w-Tx and SUV significantly correlated with the tumor decrease. The CR group showed significantly higher increase in ADC of 3w-Tx than the PR group.
