Fifth-one patients with histologically confirmed PCa underwent 3T MRI consisting of relaxation along fictitious field (RAFF), diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), b valeus of 0, 100, 300, and 500 s/mm 2 , and T 2 mapping. Using whole mount prostatectomy sections and anatomical T 2 -weighted images as reference, one ROI was placed in the center of PCa area and the same sized ROI in the peripheral zone, and central gland not containing PCa. High spearman correlation coefficient value of -0.68 was found for correlation of RAFF relaxation values with Gleason score groups, outperforming DWI (ADC m ) and T 2 mapping.
