DTI-driven segmentation of human cortex - methods, validation and reproducibility

We describe and validate an automated method to separate functional areas of the human cortex based on their connectivity profiles using probabilistic diffusion tractography. Inter-session reproducibility is established. Ongoing research suggests that the method is also extendable to deep gray structures.
