This functional MR study investigates neuronal correlates of movement disorders in normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) patients before and after lumbar puncture for NPH treatment. Imaginary movement tasks elicited in individuals activations in hippocampal regions which were not predicted by current hypotheses.
