The purpose of this work was to investigate effect of compensating for variations in coronary motion on a beat to beat basis as opposed to assuming respiratory-coronary motion correspondence or acquiring patient specific motion prescans. Initial results demonstrate that direct tracking of coronary motion is feasible, and future work will include integrating the method for online tracking and prediction.
