The Double-Angle Method is often used to obtain flip angle maps for the purpose of either calibration or intensity correction. In the case of in-vivo calibration, the number of images per TR maybe limited by SAR leading to scan time increase. In this work, we present a method for mapping the flip-angle using arbitrary sets of flip angles (theta-alpha theta, where alpha<2) rather than a theta-2theta pair.
