This research is to visualize the diffusion anisotropy in DT-MRI using glyphing and color coding. We combined superquadric tensor glyphs for glyphing and color sphere for color coding. We acquired in-vivo human brain dataset using 6 diffusion weighted images and 1 non-diffusion weighted image using 3T MRI scanner. As a result, the results provide more directional information than conventional method which used either glyphing or color coding.
