We describe a method for analyzing fMRI data using Locally Linear Embedding (LLE). The feasibility of the proposed algorithm is shown using both simulated as well as motor activation data. LLE can also be used together with other dimensionality reduction techniques and a number of extensions to make the method more robust have been suggested.
