We examined inter and intra-subject variability of single voxel 1H-MRS of the hippocampus and cingulate at 3Tesla. Coefficients of variation were similar to those reported at 1.5T for NAA and creatine (6-13%) with improvements for choline and myo-inositol, which might be relevant to mood disorder studies.
