Accurate visual field mapping using non-invasive BOLD fMRI is an important tool for elucidating the basic scaffold of the brains functional architecture underlying visual information processing. In this study, visual field mapping experiment using passband b-SSFP acquisition with a resolution of 1.5 mm iso-voxels and an 18 x 18 x 3.3 cm3 FOV was used to investigate its capability to produce more reliable high-resolution functional activations.
