In fMRI, labels for brain activation foci are expressed by the x, y, z coordinates of Talairachs brain space using the Talairach Demon software. However, this method needs to use the MNI2TAL function of SPM, which converted MNI brain space to Talairachs brain space, as well as to confirm with comparison of activation maps overlaid on MNI-normalized structural MRI images.
