3D Visualization of Endolymphatic Hydrops After Intratympanic Injection of Gd-DTPA; Optimization of 3D-Real IR TSE Sequence and Utilization of 32ch Head Coil at 3T

Optimized 3D-real IR TSE, 32ch coil, 3T and intratympanic injection of Gd-DTPA synergetically allowed the clear 3D visualization of endolymphatic hydrops in the patients with Meniere's disease for the first time. This will allow the volume quantification of each lymph space and will serve a new biomaker of Menieres disease in the future.
