The aim of this study is to evaluate the reproducibility of ADC measurement in liver of healthy volunteers at 1.5T and 3.0T MR scanner. DWI of the liver was performed in 30 healthy volunteers with both 1.5T and 3.0T MR scanner in the same day. The mean ADC value of liver was 1.5710-3 mm2/s at 1.5T, while 1.3510-3 mm2/s at 3.0T (P<0.001). The result indicates that there is significant variability of ADC measurement in hepatic parenchyma at between 1.5T and 3.0T.
