Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuester-Hauser syndrome is a female genital tract malformation due to interrupted embryonic development of the Mullerian ducts. The incidence and differentiation of rudimentary uteri, incidence of ectopic ovaries and vaginal length have been assessed on MRI in 40 MRKH patients referred from a DSD clinic.
