In MR-guided interventions in general and MR-guided
radiotherapy in particular benefit from accurate definition of a connection
between the treatment and imaging coordinate systems. This connection can be
made using pure phase encoded imaging; the inherently long acquisition times
of this method can be reduced by random under-sampling and subsequent
iterative reconstruction. It is shown here that using this approach
accelerated acquisition is possible of images with high geometric fidelity.
