Quantitative Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Light-Chain (AL) Amyloidosis: Preliminary Experience

Purpose: To evaluate the effects of amyloid deposition on T2 and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) measurements in human autopsy specimens of myocardium, liver, spleen, and kidney of patients with AL amyloidosis using 11.7T MRI.
