An adiabatic T
2
Preparation
module (T
2
Prep) at high magnetic field
normally requires too much energy to allow it to be
combined with bSSFP imaging. Numerically optimized
adiabatic pulses were therefore used to design a T
2
Prep
for cardiovascular imaging at high magnetic field. The
energy efficiency of this optimized T
2
Prep
was established at 3T and compared to standard adiabatic
T
2
Prep. Finally, T
2
-prepared bSSFP
cardiovascular imaging and coronary MRA were
demonstrated in healthy volunteers.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
