Proper reference for motion estimation is critical for accurate and robust motion correction in PROPELLER MRI. In this work, single blade reference (SBR), combined blade reference (CBR), grouped blade reference (GBR) and Pipe et als latest revised method in which no blade reference is required (NBR) are implemented and compared. Simulation results show that all methods above is accurate enough to generate a good image. For some special cases of in vivo imaging, SBR, CBR and GBR may fail to converge, while NBR still maintains relatively good performance, which indicates NBR is more robust.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
