Endolymph size in the vestibule of patients with
Isolated vestibular-lateral semicircular canal dysplasia
(LSCCD)is larger than those without LSCCD. The current
MRI diagnostic cut-off value for significant vestibular
endolymphatic hydrops (>50%) might not be appropriate
for ears with LSCCD.
