We measured longitudinal rotating frame relaxation time (T 1 lower case Greek rho ) and late gadolinium enhanced (LGE) images in chronic infarct in mouse model. Infarct was induced by ligation of left anterior descending (LAD). Linear association (R 2 =0.94, p < 0.001) between the infarct volumes based on T 1 lower case Greek rho -maps and LGE images were found. We conclude that chronic infarct size can be determined by T 1 lower case Greek rho -mapping in mouse chronic infarct model.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
