Quantitative susceptibility mapping has found many
promising research and clinical applications recently.
However, efficient reconstruction method of
susceptibility map remains necessary. We propose to
reconstruct susceptibility map using a piecewise
gradient from estimated susceptibility itself. The
gradually varied weighting is different from the
traditional binary weighting. Our method is compared to
morphology enabled dipole inversion (MEDI) method, and
the results indicate that our method has a better
performance in susceptibility reconstruction.
