We investigated the functional impact of combined intramyocardial transplantation of cardiomyocytes, endothelial cells, and smooth muscle cells derived from hiPSCs to a porcine model of ischemia reperfusion (I/R). It was demonstrated that ATP turnover rate could be measured with two components, the creatine reaction rate and ATP hydrolysis rate, even without measuring Pi levels. MI injury has a heterogeneous effect on myocardial bioenergetics. The border zone PCr/ATP ratio is improved in the cell treated group compared with open patch group. The Kpcr right arrow ATP in the border zone is slightly increased in cell treated group compared with patch only group.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
