Differential diagnosis of hepatic benign and malignant tumors using texture features based on multiple high b-values DWI

This work aimed for multiple high b-values DWI texture features based strategy to identify hepatic benign and malignant tumors, which may provide more abundant and comprehensive quantitative information and promote clinical decision-making. The results showed that texture features based on ultra-high b value (b = 3000 s/mm²) DWI images can achieve the best result (combined AUC: 0.960; sensitivity: 92.0%; specificity: 92.3%), forming a valuable strategy for clinical practice.
