Synopsis

Keywords: Spectroscopy, Translational StudiesThe MRS community recently established a set of expert Consensus Recommendations. To date, however, knowledge on their implementation beyond anecdotal reports is largely lacking. Here we report a preliminary assessment of the achieved dissemination and, more importantly, the level of acceptance of the established guidelines and standards by the clinical MRS research community. We compiled feedback from 22 editors-in-chief of major clinical journals, together accounting for more than 100 (>12%) of the in vivo clinical MRS publications from 2021.
