Keywords: CEST & MT, Quantitative ImagingMost quantitative magnetization transfer imaging (qMT) protocols require additional T1 mapping scan. A recent on-resonance multiple phase-cycle bSSFP method was proposed for qMT that obviates the necessity for T1 mapping, but the fitting results were suboptimal. In this study, we proposed a physics-informed artificial neural network (ANN) to improve the fitting of this method. By using the MR signal model to generate the training data and regularize the network, no in-vivo data acquisition was necessary. Experiments on digital phantom and in-vivo data demonstrated improvement over previous method and better resilience against measurement noise.
How to access this content:
For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
