Synopsis

Keywords: Neurofluids, Neurofluids, CSF pulsation, fMRI, CBF, pCASLTo measure CSF pulsation and CBF signals simultaneously with pCASL, we measured the influence of pCASL label pulse on the CSF signal at the craniospinal junction and compared the CSF signal differences and PC stroke volume to estimate CSF pulsation with pCASL. Our results showed that the variability of CSF signals at the nearby position from label pulses was negatively correlated with PC stroke volume. Based on this, the labeling pulse used for CBF tagging in pCASL also can be used for CSF pulsation estimation, and it will allow us to measure CBF and CSF pulsation simultaneously.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
