Synopsis

Keywords: Quantitative Imaging, Electromagnetic Tissue PropertiesMagnetic resonance electrical properties tomography (MREPT), aiming at reconstructing the electrical conductivity and permittivity at radio frequencies. The related reconstruction algorithm relies on the numerical approximation of the Laplacian of the transceiver phase, an operation sensitive to noise. In this work, we evaluate whether 3D parabolic phase fitting combined with anatomical information obtained from T1-weighted and T2-weighted images can be used to improve the reconstruction of conductivity maps of the human brain at 3T.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
