In this study, we measured the proton density fat fraction of four subsegments of the liver, pancreas, renal cortex, thoracic 12 and lumbar 1 vertebral body, and the area of subcutaneous adipose tissue and visceral adipose tissue at the level of lumbar 3, and explored their relationship with the prognosis of NAFLD.
