Keywords: Prostate, CEST & MTThe diagnostic value of histograms based on 3D APT MRI and ADC in the central glandular region for the differentiation of prostate cancer and prostate hyperplastic nodules was evaluated in this study. The results showed that the 3D APT MRI and ADC histograms had better diagnostic efficacy in the central glandular region for the differentiation of prostate cancer and prostate hyperplastic nodules, but the diagnostic efficacy of the 3D APT.
