Synopsis

Keywords: Tumors, Cancer, BRCA patients, Delta-catenin, Resting-state fMRIThis work aimed to explore the effects of different expressions of Delta-catenin in breast cancer(BRCA) patients based on small-world brain network. The results showed that the expression status of Delta-catenin proteins had significant differences on the small-world brain network properties of patients.
