Synopsis

Keywords: White Matter, RelaxometryWe generated a myelin water atlas template derived from QPM. Imaging data were acquired using a multi-gradient-echo sequence for QPM. All the data in the 48 white matter regions measured in the volume-of-interest were plotted, and quadratic polynomial equations of each region were derived from the relationship between R1·R2* and the two-component model-MWF. As a result, the relationship between R1·R2* and MWF showed a strong significant correlation for all of the white matter regions (R2 ≥ 0.963, P < 0.0001). Our myelin water atlas template derived from QPM can be used as a reference to demonstrate areas of demyelinating disease.

How to access this content:

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.

After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.

After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
