Synopsis

Keywords: Data Analysis, Contrast Agent, DynamicWe propose an automated method to present candidates of the arterial phase as the optimal time points from the liver contrast-enhanced MRI images based on the time intensity curve (TIC) analysis of the several ROIs. In clinical situation, there may be some differences of TIC due to a speed of uptake and washout and a quality of the image. In this study, the robustness of our proposed automated method was investigated by utilizing stack-of-stars dynamic images with various pseudo contrast enhancement effects. The results showed that our proposed automated method was applicable for such effects.
