FBA metric values were similar in peri-lesion white matter and MS lesions compared with bulk NAWM which may indicate FBA metric sensitivity to the infiltration of RRMS lesion pathology into surrounding NAWM. FBA fibre density in bulk NAWM was significantly different between subjects treated with Copaxone vs. Tysabri, which may indicate FBA metric sensitivity to NAWM differences between disease modifying therapies.
