Keywords: Cancer, DigestiveThe Ki-67 expression has been verified as a prognostic indicator in colorectal cancer, correlating with biological behavior of tumor and response to the chemotherapy. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) imaging for prediction of Ki-67 expression status in rectal cancer. The results indicate that high Ki-67 status group had significantly lower ADC and D values than low Ki-67 status group. IVIM imaging allows non-invasive visualization and quantification of tissue composition for prediction of Ki-67 expression status in rectal cancer.
