Keywords: High-Field MRI, Head & Neck/ENTUltra-high field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has been increasing in use for human brain imaging. However, due to the absence of a head and neck neurovascular coil, joint imaging of intracranial and extracranial arterial vessel wall has not been applied in current ultra-high field MRI. In this study, a 48-channel head and neck receiver neurovascular coil for joint imaging of intracranial and extracranial arterial vessel wall at 5T was developed. Simultaneous high-resolution imaging of intracranial and extracranial arterial walls with an isotropic spatial resolution of 0.5 mm has been achieved, which further expands the application of ultra-high field imaging.
How to access this content:
For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
