Keywords: Myocardium, AnimalsTo explore whether myocardial strain can predict functional changes for ischemia with non-obstructive coronary artery disease (INOCA) in animal models. Results showed pigs with INOCA had lower global circumferential strain (GCS) and global longitudinal strain (GLS) (mean GCSnormal = -20.2 ± 2.0 %, mean GCSINOCA = -16.6 ± 1.4 %, P = 0.009; mean GLSnormal = -19.6 ± 1.9 %, mean GLSINOCA = -14.5 ± 3.0 %, P = 0.027). Therefore, the results showed that the myocardial deformation decreased in pigs with INOCA, which could provide information for the therapy of INOCA patients.

For one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting. Registrants should use their existing login information. Non-registrant access can be purchased via the ISMRM E-Library.
After one year, current ISMRM & ISMRT members get free access to both the abstracts and videos. Non-members and non-registrants must purchase access via the ISMRM E-Library.
After two years, the meeting proceedings (abstracts) are opened to the public and require no login information. Videos remain behind password for access by members, registrants and E-Library customers.
