Arterial spin labeling in combination with a Look-Locker multiple readout strategy enables acquisition of dynamic angiograms with high temporal resolution. Use of non-cartesian spiral k-space sampling is attractive in terms of SNR, but image quality suffers from off-resonance blurring. We present a method for deblurring spin labeling angiograms by using vessel-selective B0-fieldmaps, which is especially suitable for 2D thick slab projection acquisitions.
