Intracranial Aneurysms at 3.0T: Time-of-Flight vs Contrast Enhanced MRA vs CTA

High spatial resolution 3.0T MR angiography including both time-of-flight (TOF) and contrast-enhanced MRA was performed for visualization and characterization of intracranial aneurysms in patients with suspected intracranial aneurysm, and the result was compared to multi-slice CTA.
