Contrast enhanced MRI is a sensitive method for breast invasive cancer, but its specificity is unsatisfactory. DWI has been proved to be valuable in differential diagnosis of breast lesion. In this study, we investigated the value of combination morphological feature, pattern of time-signal curve of dynamic contrast enhanced MRI and ADC value of diffusion weighed imaging in improving specificity diagnosis of breast lesion. The results indicated that the combination of dynamic contrast enhancement MRI and diffusion weighted MRI is useful to increase specificity, and could provide valuable information for the diagnosis of those lesions suspicious in dynamic contrast enhancement MRI.
