We evaluated the usefulness of a time-resolved contrast-enhanced three-dimensional MR angiography with the three-dimensional Time-Resolved Imaging of Contrast KineticS (TRICKS) pulse sequence for vessels and the vascularities of the soft tissue anomalies in the hand. As a result, TRICKS MR angiography of the hand can provide the vessel anatomy and the semiquantitative perfusion of soft tissues without consideration of time for triggering imaging after contrast injection.
