We
present an improved method of cortical thickness measurement in the mouse
brain and apply it to 116 brains in the R6/2 mouse model of Huntington's
disease. Significant changes are seen in the sensorimotor cortices (S1, S2,
M1) which would be expected in a HD model. Cingulate cortex (Cg1, Cg2)
differences are also shown which have not been previously reported in these
mice.
