MR elastography offers the potential to obtain high resolution stiffness
images of the prostate gland. The purpose of this study was to adapt the
local frequency estimator algorithm for the radial shear wave geometry
associated with this approach. The stiffness estimates were compared between
the conventional and modified LFE method.
