Simulations
with synthesized phantom image data and actual comparisons of reconstruction
results from acquired imaging data show that, the FOV shift ghost imaging
with purposely controlled differences between the even and the odd k-space
line sub-sets is essentially an alternative and practical form of complex
subtraction of images from the data sub-sets, which often produces superior
results compared to that from the common magnitude subtraction imaging,
especially for MR angiography.
